Dovetails - 1 Day
The theme of this one day course will be to concentrate solely on the challenging but rewarding process of hand cutting that most quintessential of cabinet making joints - the dovetail.
This course is suitable for those that may have some experience in the use of woodworking tools or are confident beginners. However, this is not essential, as full detailed instruction will be given.
We’ll spend the morning marking out and hand cutting a number of dovetail samples.
Following on from this, you will then have the opportunity to make a handy project item in the form of a mobile phone stand with feature dovetail.
